We are a consulting organization dedicated to equipping congregations to recognize and disrupt patterns of homophobia, transphobia and cis-heteronormativity. We understand that many faith-based communities struggle with fully embracing LGBTQ+ individuals and creating a safe space for them to worship, connect and thrive. We’re here to help!

At Conspire, we believe that everyone deserves to feel welcomed, respected, and celebrated in their places of worship, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. We work with religious communities to help them create an affirming environment that celebrates the diversity of all individuals.

Our team of experienced consultants are all members of the LGBTQ+ community and have extensive knowledge and understanding of the challenges that queer and trans individuals face in religious settings. We provide a range of consulting services, including training, coaching, and workshops, that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each congregation.

Training around Affirming Spaces: Our consultants work with leaders and members of religious communities to develop a comprehensive understanding of LGBTQ+ identities and experiences. We provide tools and resources to help communities create welcoming and affirming environments for queer and trans individuals.

Coaching for Leadership: Our coaching services provide leaders with the support and guidance needed to create an affirming and welcoming environment for queer and trans individuals. We work with leaders to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for creating a more affirming community.

Workshops and Events: We offer a variety of workshops and events designed to help religious communities recognize systemic oppression and its impact on queer and trans individuals. Our events create opportunities for individuals to connect and learn from one another, and to develop a deeper understanding of the experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals.
